This project involved major structural alterations to the rear of a residential property in Old Woking, to create a modern open-plan living space.
Removal of multiple internal load-bearing walls
Installation of three RSJs to support the new open-plan layout
Structural opening up of the rear of the house to improve space and flow
Ensured all works were completed in line with structural engineer specifications and building regulations
The completed work transformed the back of the house into a bright, open-plan area, significantly improving both the layout and usability of the space while maintaining full structural integrity.
